The Pépite Entrepreneuriat Campus Aquitaine (ECA) is administratively co-managed by 3 universities in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region: the University of Bordeaux, La Rochelle Université, and the University of Pau and Pays de l’Adour, on behalf of the Territorial Coordination Agreement (excluding the University of Limoges).

Startup Studio Etincelles, located in the Hélioparc Technopole (Pau), and Arkinova, a business incubator (Anglet), are spaces dedicated to business maturation and business creation at the University of Pau and Pays de l’Adour.

The Pépite Entrepreneuriat Campus Aquitaine (ECA) is a territorial initiative launched by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, bringing together numerous institutions*, including 7 signatories of the Territorial Coordination Agreement (CCT), which have become key collaborators within the initiative.
