
Bordeaux Sciences Agro
Bordeaux Sciences Agro is a public institution of higher education and agricultural research under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. Founded in 1962, it trains 700 students each year who pursue the Agricultural Engineering program through initial training under student or apprentice status, or one of the six master’s programs co-accredited with Bordeaux universities or national partners, the specialized master’s programs labeled CGE (French General Management Agency), or in the vineyard and wine sector, with programs open to an international audience.
Agronomy, veterinary, and landscape higher education in France brings together 20 institutions that train 17,000 students. These institutions offer programs in sustainable development, agronomy, food, the environment, landscape, veterinary medicine, and regional planning.
