EIGSI
EIGSI La Rochelle, formerly known as the School of Engineering in Industrial Systems Engineering, is the successor of one of the four major private engineering schools in Paris at the beginning of the 20th century: the School of Electricity and Industrial Mechanics (EEMI – Ecole Violet), founded in Paris in 1901.
The main mission of EIGSI is to prepare generalist engineers for their professional responsibilities by equipping them with scientific, technical, and interpersonal skills aligned with the needs of businesses. This training is designed not only to make graduates immediately operational upon entering the workforce but also to give them the ability to grow and adapt in their roles within a constantly evolving and multicultural environment. The roles involved span across research, design, development, industrialization, production, operations, and marketing.
